Rentals

Not ready to buy a home? No problem! We have 67 rental units made up of condos, duplex units, and single family houses. Rents
vary and we accept Section 8 at all units.

Rental units are one, two, and three bedroom units. Most houses and duplex units are individually fenced in with cyclone fence. The condos have a small patio yard in the back of each unit and are enclosed with wooden fence for added privacy.

Application

Application fees for Veterans and individuals 65 years of age or older are waived.

All adults 18 years of age or older pay $32.00 for first applicant.

Additional adults pay $25.00 each.

All family members 18 years of age or older must be screened.

All applicants must fill out a rental application for screening that includes a background check.
